Sorry about the delay in the supermarket trolley piece. Still waiting to hear from a couple of stores. It's slightly telling in itself that it's taking them so long to confirm their policy.
This does mean the survey is still open if you want to complete it.
This is a real bugbear of mine, I'm glad your raising awareness of this problem.
